It is not. The bottom horizontal plate visible in that image you could argue being around 300mm or whatever you want to speculate. You cannot say what the thickness is on the rest of the neck because you do not know what the internal structure is. We do not know because we cannot see it.

Well, Gaijin has certainly modelled it already. All they would need to do in worst case scenario is switch the plate to volumetric system and we would obtain the values that way.
Hence the “around”.
