M1A2C Hull armor missing

Ah alr, it’s probably going to end up the case similar to t80s after Grozny lol just too expensive for something a regular t72 could do lol

it’s sadly another case of a tank made in a scenario that is not the current one unless it goes under extreme modernization or outright drastic design changes, it’s impressive upclose nonetheless…few did…

currently Russia doesn’t have any need of what the T14 offers, and it shows by lack of MoD orders

It has been tested in Syria away from the LOC if you believe Russian state sourced which Gaijin do

probably not

pretty sure its back down to 25-26

And haven’t the poor Russian kids paid the price for that decision.

considering syra was the most recorded war oat, and there is no video of the t14, i highly doubt it

At this point, I believe it’s time for the American player base to seriously consider a strike or coordinated protest. The Chinese community would never tolerate these kinds of issues with their vehicles, and Gaijin would address them immediately to keep them happy. It’s honestly strange to watch the U.S. side just accept this situation without much pushback. On top of that, the decision to add a new American dart with only four extra millimeters of penetration is baffling. Every physics calculation out there shows it should penetrate at least 750mm, yet we’re getting a negligible increase. Meanwhile, Russian ERA at top tier just received a 55% buff? It really makes you wonder how disconnected some of these balance decisions are from reality. If the team is willing to make rapid buffs and nerfs in the name of “balance,” and we have clear photographic evidence of the LPF’s armor protruding nearly ten inches further than the SEP V2, then it only makes sense to give the LPF a meaningful artificial buff—something in the 20-30% range—to better reflect the NGAP package. As for me, I’m done. I won’t be purchasing any more premium time or premium vehicles going forward. I’d rather put my money toward a full-fidelity aircraft in DCS.

im fine with 829a3 since it has that extra pen when it comes to ERA, but the lfp is absolutely unacceptable and we’re trying very hard to get gaijin to listen to us but aside from “report the reports if you want a different answer” we arent getting any more answers aside from “report denied because i said so”. noticed that the ones we reported have not been re reviewed as well. complete silence from gaijin, like ignoring us for long enough will make us give up

I think that all the communities have tanks that are under modelled and improperly implemented.

How about a temporary internet coalition to bring about the top tier changes that would matter?

  1. Comprehensive bug/innacuracies reporting system overhaul

  2. An action plan to work on and implement all accepted bugs/patches

  3. Overhaul of MBT standards referencing the post in 2021 where gaijin explicitly stated that they would utilize a degree of estimation.

  4. Overhaul of all nations top tier MBTs (even russian where there are accepted but unimplemented bugs/patches. However, they go last).

  5. Commitment to accomplish all the above in a 6 month period.

  6. Post overhaul commitment to fill minor nation battle rating line ups & gaps in tech tree of more than 2.0 BR (SPA trees in many nations).

  7. Anything else y’all want to add.

  8. An espresso maker for the coders who have to do all this.

getting a compilation of all the “accepted” bug reports that have been entirely ignored for years now would take months

Nah, a couple detected community members could knock it out in like… two weeks.

Gotta remember, some folks read and type insanely fast.

Gaijin should also have some sort of internal library.

The thing is they could very easily announce a major overhaul coming to the Abrams line weeks in advance and that would have done a lot of goodwill, instead of only learning now, as most games do when they want to stay in touch with the community

not like we wouldve been able to stop them from just pretending depleted uranium doesnt exist

I’m talking about just the bulkhead ring fixes

Gotta also consider folks like the challenger, merkava, ariete, type 10… etc users who are also being blatantly ignored. This csnt be a single nation issue.

I think the situation is hopeless, even if some irrefutable source was found they can basically dismiss it as a “suggestion” , this is an example: Community Bug Reporting System

And btw what’s up with that? why do they claim realism then nit pick whatever they want as “suggestions” for the sake of their own vision of gameplay based on thier fantasy? Clearly they want to keep the Vickers at 10.7 for the lineup and buffing it would change that, so why lie about having realism as a priory? they could just be honest about that like WG and i wouldn’t mind.

Same goes the BMPT crew being immune to belt detonation, just say we want the vehicle to live up to the hype as heavily armored ifv, but they just pretend its not an insane discrepancy in their own rules, and wonder why everyone starts screaming bias…

Resubmit that sucker.

Until they offer an overhaul/reform of their reporting system then just smash the copy paste repeatedly until they get tired enough to fix it.

They just need to come out and say we design vehicles around gameplay first then realism, if realistic features go against our vision of gameplay we wont change them. But they wont since they have been selling this game as a milsim for more than a decade and this would basically be them saying oh we just have been lying to you guys about one of the core ideas of the game…

No armor will be best armor for it. Little to no spall meaning you have to be more accurate on the gun. Any other problems the thing had will be gone cause reliability isn’t a thing in game. Also it will probably receive some high grade components than it actually had cause why not.
