Lastly, irregardless is not a real word. Regardless is the word you’re looking for.
Go watch zenturions video on it, the Darts in game aren’t modelled to spall based on weight, only residual penetration left after the initial penetration.
APDS and such are all different.
it needs a BR increase without an armour improvement, the M1A2 has no right being a lower BR than the 2A5-m

Guessing you’re American as in US English it just says it’s regardless, however if you use the Oxford dictionary, you know, the world renowned and authority on English, Irregardless is there, or the Cambridge dictionary.
Adverb :Despite ; not being affected by something.
It’s a synonym with regardless and can be used interchangably.
It’s by no means formal, which I’m not trying to be at all, aka non-standard English, but it certainly is a word mate.

Zenturions videos are pre dev server using modded ammo that he THOUGHT would be representative of A3.
Unless he has uploaded more, his video was literrally made using a mod to insert non existing ammo in game.
And yeah I guess I did try to tell a cambridge educated english teacher blah blah blah. You don’t walk around with your diploma on here so who knew?
Still, irregardless sounds pretentious and improper - but who gives a rip right mate?

Doesn’t really matter, where I’m from it sounds dumb and the only folks who use it over here are typically under educated.
That said, I think it’s kind of hilarious a super educated dude plays this game and is on the forum too. Just not something I’d expect and definitely not the plot twist I had on my 2026 bingo sheet for today.
The way I’ve seen people with all kinds of degrees struggle with simple concepts, citation, math problems, common sense instances, general knowledge, etc… That alone doesn’t say anything. We don’t know how he got there, what he did there, how he did there, was it subsidized? Were their bribes? How does this knowledge apply to tanks or video game balancing at all? What does he know about the Abrams or any tank based off of a Cambridge education? What did they teach him about specific composites involved?
My issue is it’s a vague appeal to authority with little to justify the ego. Or its insertion into the conversation. He does this a lot. So I do want him to post that here since he’s talking! But either way it proves ultimately nothing. There are nurses and doctors that don’t even know how hearts work so again it’s amazing he thinks it means whatever he thinks it means.
Irregardless is a real word, just non-standard. Pretty sure its just one of those North American phrases that was used commonly enough to be accepted into the Oxford Dictionary (as that’s how language works).

You bring up a valid point. Story time.
I recal being in a class room at college where they were trying to run a projector; however there was a lighting issue.
See, there were two switches. One for a row of lights that are in the front of the class room and over the projector screen; and a switch for the rest of the lights.
You want some lighting so you can catch kids sleeping, but not so much that it washes out the screen. Plus, the single row lights the door in.
Problems was, both lighting solutions washed out the screen. (The single row is over it, and the other option was like 20 lights)
Ruined everyones day when I pointed out that they set the class room up backwards. The door into the room, and the single light row, was actually meant to be at the back of the class… but they screwed it up when they set the room up. None of the teachers ever connected those dots.
Long story short, my life is full of moments like that and wondering why the “smart people” ain’t so smart.

i’m talking about the damn video from years ago on how darts spalling is calculated again as to why weight doesn’t matter to spalling.
he does a video which im sure @MotorolaCRO tagged to you about it, which shows him setting the weight to like 700kg and it makes no difference

Though you did seem to take it rather personally and imply I have personally been told that mass doesn’t impact damage. Let me clarify for you since you seem to be, as mr. English man himself, mixing my statements together.
You, nor anyone on this forum, has ever personally told me that mass didnt impact spall damage. And if you did, I forgot - so my bad?
Hopefully, this makes you feel good enough that you can mentally move on to what that remark was about… which was A3 not performing in game the same way it was demonstrated in some dude video on youtube.
From what I tested, it looks to perform about the same and need the same weak spots without achieving ANYTHING unique or all that different from A2.
That’s actually a wonderful story and example. I’ll use it in the future. Now i will try and look around the class 😅🤣! The more you know!

The A3 in game as far as I’ve seen and tried myself is going throuhg Kontact 5 on a more regular basis than the A2 is.
The thing is most MBTs the M1A3C or M1A2 with trophy are up against, don’t use Kontact 5, they use Relikt which it doesn’t go through
Indifferent I’m not emotionally invested in this man.
If I am mistaken then my bad but I am sure this has been said by yourself before on the other M1 thread, and Motorola was the one to tag the video to you, hence why I pinged him
Anecdotal as much as my saying so is as well, we just need to wait and see how ti goes continually, what is more irritating is the flat out refusal to change the hull array in any manner whatsoever
