BR 12 M1A2 Abe is best followed by the AIM. But overall all br 12 abrams are good in my opinion but ranked by what they have I would put it in this category.
I think they kinda equal, M1A2 has trash thermals and AIM has worse round
honestly the better round is a bigger buff than better thermals
Second example of your about turret basket, is it aswell coming to Russian nation or anything? If so then i will be completly fine with other baskets, because usually there are no baskets IRL to abrams or leopards that affect turret like that.
On the turret ring and mantlet, not really sure about reliability since they can pretty much onetap you as lfp.
Russian weakspots are quite smaller than ANY other nations mostly.
Yeah, they should be a mix of RHA and composite instead of pure composite. It’s not a maaassive change but it should bump KE protection up 30-40mm or so. They are already working on new sideskirts from what I have seen with the new x-ray model and them swapping sideskirts to pure RHA (also wrong) for a bit on the dev server.

For me I only use thermals to scout but M1A2 has commanders sight which I use heavily with thermals. The AIM has thermals good enough to shoot through but my list I would definitely say M1A2 Abrams is best for its BR.
My only pet-peeve with the Abrams is that the hydraulic reservoir counts as the pump and knocks out the entire turret if hit. It rewards bad shots instead of encouraging good aim. But again, the tank does not necessarily need it removed. It’s already extremely good as is.

Exactly! It was just like my thoughts as i realized about it! It’s just there to make ur gameplay worse once small thing hits it and destroys it. Blocks whole of ur turret!

Either way, you’re going to the love AIM once you get the round. But as far as all the modules and stuff you just have to play it a lot different than Russia.

I see, i see… I will try to change my gameplay just for AIM for bit, i was just really pressed about the hydraulic pump and abrams tanks itself, really thankful for suggestion.

My only complaint is that the hydraulic pump shouldnt be there to reward piss poor shots like this
