Unfortunately I believe that’s the depression of the cupola as a standalone system. Maximum depression on the M114 chassis is still -14 degrees over the left side. The 60 degrees of elevation is definitely good to know, though as is confirmation on the 100/500 ammo capacity
Does it really matter when you can just use them as both? The most important thing is getting these vehicles in the game, not which line of the tech tree Gaijin plops them in.
That said, for an American SPAA gap filler how about an M113A1 with a triple HS.820.
