Lvkv 9040C Loaders

The gun on the Swedish Lvkv 9040C has an autoloader, and when checking the tooltip for the loader skill, it doesn’t show that increasing their skill will increase loading speed. Why is it that when the loader dies, suddenly it takes FOREVER for this thing to reload the ready rack?

Also, what is the Machine Gunner? “Radio Operator Gunner”? I’m just curious what is important to level in crew skills.

Since the loader is the one that has to refill the hopper/rack, he doesn’t reload the gun itself
The loader has to load the hopper which itself loads the gun

I’m not sure if leveling up reload speed affects the ready rack reload
