No, I understand, leopard 2a4 was raised in the battle rating to 10.7, at 10.3 it was comfortable, but at 10.7 it became unplayable, constantly plays at 11.3-11.7, and does not get into the top at all

It faces the most of the same enemies as it did before, it just can’t see 9.3 tanks anymore.
So no, it absolutely doesn’t need moving down.

Nope. They decompressed the 10.0+ bracket up by 0.3. The 10.3’s it used to see are now 10.7’s, the 10.7’s it used to see are now 11.0’s, etc, etc.
Its an amazing tank, nothing has changed. It just doesn’t get to fight 9.3’s anymore, same as every other old 10.3.

It was moved up to allow for decompression, and it should not move back down. It was one of the best 10.3 MBTs too.
Moving it back to 10.3 would be like moving it down to 10.0 previously.

Everything on 10.0 was moved, why Leopard should be lowered? It has good mobility and protection in pair with the speed. Returning it to 10.3 is the same as moving it to 10.0 when it was 10.3,
One of the benefits of this decompression is specifically to the 9.0-9.3 range, this one is a black hole for uptier. With the decompression the scenario is less terrible as it used to be.
