This is the modern (low visibility) variant of the roundel of the Czech Air Force, most commonly used on the Czech JAS 39 Gripen C and D variants, but also on other aircraft, such as trainer jets, and will very likely be used on the Czech F-35A’s.
The current Czech Air Force was formed on the 1st of January 1993, the same day the independent Czech republic was formed after the peaceful seperation from Slovakia, which marked the end of Czechoslovakia and the Czechoslovak Air Force which existed from 1918 to 1992.
Currently, we only have the Czechoslovak Air Force roundel, as seen below.
