Low fps constantly with high end pc

I have max 110 fps constantly, when I play for some time it may drop to 50-60.
Having a 240hz monitor and having fps that low feels really sad.
My pc definetly handles it, so what is the problem? I have tried configuring and playing with the settings by changing the AA… frame gen etc etc. I just cant figure it out. My friend has the EXACT same specs and has 400+ fps.
All drivers are updated and have always been.

Specs:
Nvidia rtx 5070
Ryzen 5 5700x3d
16gb ram

What are your graphics settings?

I feel that, used to play on 15 FPS average. Was rough.

If you are using ray tracing 110 fps might make sense

As for the dips, you can’t solve that the devs just suck

how come my friend with the same exact specs has max setting ray tracing as I do and has MINIMUM 200 fps every time we play, while im stuck at 110, if even that
