Do you have screenshot of the premiums being gone?
that just shows that it isn’t placed in the lineup.
Have you tried clicking the crew and placing the vehicle back in?
wrong crew, try the left one. that is where it was placed.
also try switching game mode to ground.
How are you on version 2.37.0.71?
The live version is 2.37.0.63.
i think you have opened DEV server.
Are you on Xbox?
Did you switch between Xbox and PC account?
The first image has Xbox icons, the other not, did you switch from xbox to pc?
If you did then that is your problem.
