Log and Sandbag decoration for tanks

It has been widely documented that during ww2 tanks used logs and sandbags as makeshift* additional armor, while I would not expect that a log and/or sandbag decoration would act as an additional piece of armor in game it would be a great addition as it would help to increase the amount of customization players can have.

Logs were often strapped to the sides of tanks for use as “traction logs” that helped a tank get through mud, sand, and snow, etc.

sandbags were often used to act as a defence against anti-tank magnetic mines/grenades. (the germans had a different tactic to deal with magnetic anti-tank mines/grenades and sticky bombs hence why it was not commonly seen on German tanks during ww2)(for those wondering the ridges seen on german tanks such as the tiger’s are a form of anti magnetic/ anti sticky bombs defence, cant remember how it works but I know what it is)

  • makeshift refers to it not being its intended use

strangely when I was looking up images for this mostly Sherman tanks were shown with actual logs and sandbags, So if you have more images of non-American with makeshift armor on the sides please share them in the comments.
Noteable mentions:
Sherman with concrete armor. Should be a M4A3. : r/TankPorn

Also, regarding non-US tanks with makeshift armor, the Finnish StuG III G “Sturmi” comes to mind

I mean, the Russians were the most famous for attaching logs onto their tanks. For just WW2 tanks, this is what i could quickly find.
