While PoBIT upgrades older F-16C’s to the same standard as the Block 70/72 it doesn’t get re-classified as a Block 70/72. IIRC I think they would be called Block 40/42/50/52 + like how the F-16I is the Block 52+.
But in-game they would be pretty much the same apart from the Block 70/72 having CFT’s.
I was desperate that I am the only one wanting the PoBIT to be added for US and the V’s for other countries. Glad I found this post lol

He is correct. Block numbers are purely dependent on the specification it was when it was made.
They might just be called Block 40/50 POBIT instead of 40/50+ since that’s taken, or they have a new letter assigned to them (F-16CJ, CM, etc.)

Yeah it’s not really clear unlike the CJ and CM renaming. They might just not bother with renaming them since the PoBIT program is set to upgrade nearly all of the US fleet.

I have a gut feeling that battle rating (Air battle) to 15.7 if gajin ready AIM-9X-2 (Block II) & AIM-120D.
and 14.3 (Ground battle) with AGM-88G AARGM-ER & AGM-158 JASSM
But I am not really sure add F-16C (post PoBIT upgrade package) by F-16CG Block 40 or F-16CJ Block 50 model

This jet (alongside the F-15C GE/F-15EX) could be suitable platforms to introduce the next-gen IIR missiles and AIM-120D missiles on, imo, before the introduction of stealth fighters.
