Locked out of my account with reason other

I was kicked out while playing the game. When I tried to relog I got the message that I don’t have access to the game with reason other. The weird think is that I don’t use the chat and I play only from my PC.
I made a request to support but no answer and it’s been over 3 days.

Support can take a little while to answer and they don’t work on weekends.

You will sadly just have to wait for an answer from them.

Edit:
I do want to add though that generally the above wait time is for the first reply, once your case has been initiated they usually reply much faster for active cases.
