On old wiki, I created these tables with torpedo, depth charges and mines characteristics so players interested in that could easily search for torpedo with best range, speed or warhead.
I tried to create similar table for ship and aerial dropped torpedoes but if I get it right tables cant be made sortable anymore? Also, I cant add images by link? Also also, if I create it as article, other players cant edit it or add new ones in future?

Tables currently cannot be made sortable.
Images cannot be inserted by URL. However, you can insert them by downloading and reuploading the image, or copy-pasting the image directly.
If you create an article, it is your responsibility to keep it updated.

Not in a way that you can create. I can forward this as a general feature request, in which case it would be probably be updated automatically, but this is possibly unlikely to be implemented any time soon. If you wanted to create it yourself, it would have to be as an article.
