Thats Gajin way to patch out the KH-38MT helldeath missile. Have fun while its lasting. Soon GRB toptier will be mainly a ground game again. Everyone had enought of this KH-38 nonsense.

Its stealth might let it actually guide in the hellfires without being detected or at least spotted as quickly. Personally I think it’s really cool looking and would be fun to have in-game (so long as it’s not premium).

These longer ranged SAMs are warranted with how prevalent long range FnF CAS is.
Sadly there are a bunch of people that actually want that subtree. Also, just like any other subtree it most likely isn’t going to add any unique vehicles, even though there are some out there (Pilatus PC-9, PC-21, etc).
Well, where else would it go? The Czech Su-25K, the Czech Mi-24D and the Czech M53/59 are in the USSR tree as well.

How would you play and hide this thing on Abandoned Factory (super tiny), a flat desert map (it sticks out from behind every dune and good bye), a crammed city map like Rhine? I could continue, but almost all maps won’t support this high up thing. And you actually have to play a second super sized truck as well.
I hope Devs have a plan.

A Czech tree. That’s where. And neither the Su-25K nor Mi-24D are Czech. The M53 was at least based on a Soviet vehicle. The L39 is a Czech vehicle in Czech colours.
Fair, Indian vehicles also should have gone into an Indian tree, rather than the British tree, but here we are…
Which can be countered with one (1) smoke grenade, or most top SPAA, or a fighter. Now we have point and click death spheres larger than the entire map because Gaijin decided that the SLM should be added instead of the SLS for example
M53/59 is a czech development with abandoned German WW2 tech. It made its way into russian TT. I guess thats a strong hint where all czech units might end up.

I don’t think it is the J-4015. Most of the recent pictures I can find of it have what seems to be an airshow paint job, but I did find some pictures from the 80s and 90s, and its colours are very different from the one in the trailer.

I think it’s actually just that special winter scheme 4015 had for a short time, and that was done as skin for the squadron Mk.58: WT Live // Camouflage by Ninetalis (note the light gray colour in the triler which could actually be white).
So rn I believe there will be no tech tree Hunter Mk.58, and those were just added for cinematic purposes, not representing new aircraft…
Note also that there are two J-4015, the real one, and the J-4040 which was later painted in its famous “Papyrus” scheme, and got the tail number J-4015 to commemorate Fliegerstaffel 15:

Like the Finnish Hornet, the Swiss shouldn’t get A/G stores, and adding the PC-7/9 really makes little sense.
And I say that as patriot who grew up one km away from the Pilatus factory.
It would make more sense to add the Hawk, as even in Switzerland it was armed with the 30mm ADEN pod and Sidewinders, but just for training purposes…
