From my experience it’s never a 1-on-1 (sadly), and since the EF has no F&F like the Gripen does, it always has to expose itself to SPAAs of all sorts for long’ish periods of time to really do any damage.
One advantage it has however is the sheer quantity of A2G weapons it can carry and still be a menace in A2A. I run 4xGBU-48 + 6 Brim 1s (on top of 4x120B + 2x9M) and I’ve won dogfights (so far) even against the Rafale.

Yeah - totally agree.
But if we would use the word “real” or “combat capable” and add “entered service” or “mass produced” as requirement for being playable there would be still a hell of undertiered planes in the USSR tree for Air RB - besides those:
- premium P-39 (in frontline service until end of WW 2 at BR 3.0),
- the Yak-1B (3.0)
- Yak-3s at 4.0/4.3.
Fighting the postwar Yak-3U is a real pain below 6.500 meters for any 109 and the infamous Yak-3 VK 107 is (to be fair: very rare to see) even better at higher alt (so 4-6.5 km) than the 3U.

Just click on “i have the same issue” - it might help to prioritize this for the tech mods. But - seeing that a similar bug report was not processed by gaijin for 8 months i have little hope that they will change their “i ignore it” strategy.
I am actually surprised that so few people are upset about this nerf, i mean either they are not aware of it, or they don’t care about it…
Now that the PzH’s M107 muzzle velocity got fixed, what is the point of the tier 4 155mm OE F3 round? I literally just researched it and now it’s obsolete…

More like the 2A7s/122s should piss off to 12.3, the M1A2 should move to 12.0 and the M1A1 HC/CB should lose M829A2 and stay at 11.7.
Also give the 2PL DM53 to make it 11.7 worthy and for the love of everything move the VT4A1 down, that thing is just sad.

The sheer amount of brimstones makes it annoying to fight. If you launch a bunch of them spread out just enough it will screw with the Pantsir lock a lot. The radar lock, and thus your screen, will conintuously bounce between the different brimstones making it annying to shoot them down.
you dont think the 2PL is worthy of 11.7? i find it find there, but on the topic of dm53. seeing as thats what it does actually fire (i thought it didnt n a dude fired some spreadsheets and docs my way to show it fires 53) then it should get the 53 and either move to 12.0 or stay 11.7

whilst the ballistic nerf of MG 151/20 shells made those inefficient like hell
Was this the one during realshatter, the accuracy nerf, or a different one? Those rounds have been nerfed so many times in the past two years it’s hard to keep track, and every time I hear about it I worry there’s been a new one.
Some time ago across all german ammo, the drag was heavily increased, for Mg 151/20 and Mk 101/103/108 the drag was doubled.

Even the Mk 103? The others I knew about, but I thought they just nerfed the accuracy on the 103, not the drag as well.
Well it uses the same shells as the Mk 108, and some more.
This is called a skill issue
2PL is superior to any top tier tank Britain has. Still blows my mind the CR2 BK a CR2 with no add on armour and a buggy APS system that can save you from slow darts and ATGMS.
And the 2E a faster CR2 with no improvement to armour on the CR2…Are Britain’s top tier tanks…

The 2PL is about on par with the normal CR2s , its major issue is DM43, which isnt a bad round, just not a great round .
the tanks over all mobility and armour coverage. gen 2 thermals and banging optics make it a fun tank, but its still a 2A4 hull man.
The BN and 2E are IMO slightly better, but thats due to 1 being faster and the other having the best APS in game.
The 2PL isnt a bad 11.7 rn as it sits. if it got DM53 it would be better than the CR2s though
L27A1 just isn’t hitting right now and while it is not an up armoured Leo2 as such it has a far more resilient turret and mantlet.
Couple it with the excellent Leopard 2 crew spacing and mobility It has a lot going for it
