That’s fine, both reports contained pretty much the exact same info.
The report contains all that’s needed fyi. Specifically, the amount of steel, all that Gaijin needs to do is simply re-model the mantlet to represent the real one, and put RHA/HHA plates on the inside of it, given the information provided to them, should be an easy job.

Its the DevServer, probably they mixed up something
Giving them the benefit of the doubt despite all the reports on D-tech will only go so far.
The best interpretation of it so far is that it’s still in the dev server and can be changed.
Guys make a Bug report about it this is absolutely insane how after giving info of the presence of D tech they give it B tech
