Just be glad its actually going to Germany instead of them adding the Australian one to uk first lol.
what about the skyranger? A 30mm or 35mm version would be good even without working ahead ammunition because of the high fire rate

Germany and rheinmetall currently are in the last negotations, to which specific skyranger versoons shall be ordered
They can still add both. Even without working ahead both would still be lethal with apfsds. Working ahead should still be added asap
it could be added like the gepard and gepard 1A2 the Skyranger 35 has only autocannon meanwhile the Skyranger 30 has Autocannon and stingers, it could be introduced with the FIM-82E
Most likely they wont have stingers. Problem is stinger launchers arent getting produced anymore. They would need to retrofit the stinger launchers of older vehicles. Thats why they are searching/testing stinger alternatives
without working ahead the skyranger 35 would be more or less an ifv. With the better pen of the 35 it should be quite lethal
do you have any idea on what alternatives they have yet?
would be nice if EU countries would develope their own new manpad or further develope mistrals.
