I think it’s quite good, although I do wish a more powerful engine would be put into it.
Additionally they could add T-62M1 with 1PN-96MT-02 thermals, maybe even 3BM36 shell if it’s gonna need it .
I definitely dislike original T-62’s BR.
And I hate IT-1 after ATGMs rework.
IRL it was proven with tests that it can shoot down low flying aircraft and helicopters, while in game it struggles to keep it’s ATGM steady on the target.
It is good, but I just haven’t used it much at all since it went 8.7>9.0. If you don’t have 279, there is no real reason to play 9.0 for T-62M1 over the 8.7 line-up (since you would just uptier the BMP3 to 9.3 with no issues). I might have to give it a go now that is has been decompressed a little, though.
I played 9.0 with just T-62M-1 and BMP-3, all other vehicles being lower than 9.0, I would say it works.
Probably works better now that they implemented BR changes.
I’d happily take a BR increase in BMP3 for ATGMs that don’t take 23 seconds to reload. ZBD04A is like what the BMP3 wishes it was in this game.
I guess if they fixed all issues and implemented better engine BMP-3’s get IRL i could see it 9.3 easily.
