On the dev server, the armor isn’t even modeled by gaijin, it’s still armored glass and “should” have very good protection because of the armor package, at least wait until the update arrives.

Even if we take into account that they will increase something against KE, then as I wrote, it is no more than 200 mm
This is very funny lol, at least this is what happened with the Duplet on the BM Oplot which should have very good performance and have a different way of working compared to the another ERA. Honestly, I was really hoping for a MBT that had pretty good armor in the Japanese tech tree until they finally added Oplot.But my hopes were dashed, and finally the Leopard 2RI appeared, which might be my last hope to get a MBT that has good protection in the Japanese tech tree.
Don’t get your hopes up, almost all the top tanks in this game are just the developers’ imaginations.

For now at least I can’t say anything about the armor, it would be better if we wait and see the performance of this thing’s armor,At least in the real world, AMAP-B has very good capabilities for handling both KE and CE.
As a Japan main myself, I was disappointed from the beginning, this thing will get no armour because of how gaijin views western main battles tanks as glorified light vehicles instead of armoured behemoths, however unsurprisingly, only 3rd faction gets all it demands! Armour buff? no proof, just say I want this and it will happen! Ammo buff? on the way!

I’ve stopped having high hopes for this game man, like how they added the F14d as a premium vehicle in this update.I hate to say it but yeah at least I still hope they will give accurate armor for leopard 2ri
In real conditions, the fron of Type 10 should generally hold its projectile, but we play in a snail’s nest of reality.

For now at least maybe we can see this Vehicle as Leopard 2PSO #2 Lol.Of course because the protection only covers CE (we get AMAP SC instead of AMAP B Lmfaooo),I won’t be able to say anything if they actually do it when the update releases lol!.

I really wonder how gajin will treat polish vehicles. Because they’re not gonna go to russia because now they have a lot of unique tanks that are nato standard. But then they have a lot of tanks based of russian ones since they we’re in the warsaw pact, (also the pt-91 which is based of the t-72 but HEAVILY modified). Are they gonna buff the russians type tanks and nerf the nato ones? Really interesting
they only know that ERA (only russian ones) can make whole missiles, shells and darts disappear

Of course it’s specific to the Russian era lmao. Like how they modeled the duplet so badly against KE when it functions so differently than the normal era.
Dude, a non-tandem missile works on the T-84’s frontal armour, even some HEATFS and low-grade APFSDS

At least there is one MBT that is quite promising to added to the Japanese tech tree,that was the Malaysian PT91M, yes of course this will be a very unique vehicle and one that is worth waiting for.
