well what can be done? is there any old documentation, perhaps on the 2a7 that can be used as counter evidence?
Its listed as stabilized as in on the move. (-7.4D +17.4E)
there i no way that it’s the camera since its also reduced upwards also helping my argument
of being stabilzer limitations.
Also another thing that helps my case is that the challenger has the same exact stabilizer limitation.

This would probably also go for all the leopards with the same firecontrol system
The physical gun itself is described as being able to depress to -9
So the bullshit idea that even if spectus got moved, it’s an internal change for the breech is just wrong
Amazing find
Pretty sure the brochure only talks about the stabilizer itself and not the mechanical depression.
No way people really think this is a new change on the 2a7 and 2a8.
It has to be protective measurement to just be safe on the move.
What would they even change its the same gun.
@Smin1080p_WT Are these ahistorical nerfs going to be reversed? The new values make sense for stabilized shots, but physically the gun can still move past that.
It is a waste of time to rewrite this, and the delusional community manager that took it down immediately without reading it linked a facebook video instead, but check out this bug report
https://community.gaijin.net/issues/p/warthunder/i/U1TIoRawG4um
my post was taken down as “secondary source” but this brochure was what caused the nerf in the first place.
So, if you’re following this document, maybe you could reduce the weight to 64t? Or is it something else?
ah… im sorry
But the tank photo shows a Spectus on the front of the hull, which is why it’s -7.4 degrees down.
Why was this report accepted at all if the tanks are different?
Are the Reds afraid of another leopard with armor?
Or is this a case of double standards?
Gaijin when a brochure says something that would have a positive impact: “clear marketing lies.”
Gaijin when a brochure says something that would have a negative impact: “THE SACRED JEDI TEXTS!”
Since Gaijin is now treating brochures like it’s the word of God, I suggest flooding the Bug Report platform with the dozens of brochure-based reports which they’ve consistently denied until now because they didn’t consider brochures enough. Let’s see if their standards apply equally now…
Based on the number of bugs that have been fixed, I can confidently say that this person works at Gaijin.
Closed(You don’t have to answer my questions)
They will reject them because they are making changes for the sake of balance.
They call it balance but still provide Sweden with a more advanced 2A8 when Sweden already has 3 13.3 top tier vehicles.
if Gaijin truly believed in balance the German 2A8 should have a 50. cal and lwr like seriously
This is because one of the developers likes Sweden.
Well, maybe someone hates Germany; I can’t say for sure.
Because this is good for Russia, because Russia always exaggerates its ability in their equipment brochures. The best example is kh-38mt.
oh you already know how the selectivim goes, bet if someone showed up with brochures with nerfs for the soviet tanks they would be denied under “unreliable source / not enogh info”
right. right. sweeden is the nice baby. why dont they does the following then, why dont they delete the whole german tree and puts it all on sweeden? that way they can be nice and happy. clownery.
Well i mean its pretty evident that theyre just accepting stuff to preliminary nerf the 2A8 as much as possible. Everything just so the US/Russia winrates dont drop too hard.
