If they aim to divide German players, they have succeeded. This allows German players who are immersed in War Thunder to have more time to do meaningful things, such as spending time with their parents ¯(ツ)/¯
Nerfing the only two armored MBTs 🤡 Honestly, I don’t see any reason to play as Germany instead of Sweden. Sweden will have 4 armored Leopards, one of them being the 2A8 and later the 123A or B.

Imagine a german TT with all the netherlands stuff for additional spawns for your lineups, as Germany has much closer ties with netherlands in the military department than france, imagine leopard2ri, 2a7hu and 2a6hel in the german TT, where they fucking should be, so we won’t have shitty mirror matches, and german tree will have the vast majority of it’s good stuff, aaaah, a man can dream
Like, I’m fine with sweden being the ONE nation that also gets a ton of leopards and whatnot, they don’t have a choice really, unlike Italy that has arietes and israel that has merkavas, swedens top tier mbt is in fact a leopard, they can have the nordic brotherhood as their subtrees and everything, sure, but whyyy on earth are we diluting top tier with leos to every nation ?

Actually, the lower plate was pretty well proved - it just wasn’t specific enough for gaijin since they wanted hard intel for the russian gov.
Spanish avenger and a few others did stellar work to prove it - and he’s here working just as hard to prove the leo stuff. So check your assumptions about the hard work and excellent resources that were provided for the abrams.
The leo elevation and armor is being butchered in classic gaijin fashion - and short of a massive backlash like what happened with the abrams… they won’t change course. So spend less time typing about the abrams community and what they got - focus on getting folks rallied together around the leo and build bridges to make it a foundation for other nations to get their mbts also fixed.

No… it was proven to be at least a 35% increase which we got a 16% followed by a nerf to the internal bulkhead which had an accepted report showing it to be 25mm instead of the 9 we have in game now.

Arietes are 12.0 at best. There is 1 top tier Merkava. And it’s armor is just nonexistent despite being supposedly the most defence-focused mbt.
Suggesting that every tank should go to the country that built it originally rather than the one that operates it is frankly ridiculous. Goodbye Finnish tech tree. Goodbye captured vehicles. Goodbye low tier china.
One of the additions I am most against in this game is the American Stingray. It is a tank built for export, not the version trialed by the US, and exclusively used by Thailand, but still in the US tech tree because that is where it was built. Gaijin did not add any of the similar versions that were at least unique to the US.

Well, for all i know, a dinky little brochure is insufficient information, especially when it’s a poorly made brochure, basically copied from 2a7no one, why are we adding a tank as modern as 2a8 with so little information and sources on it again ?

Lets take the t90 as exemple. They just hot glued armor plates around the entire tank and thats it. Whats the point of making some tanks so much stronger than others ? Is just a game. Show me a crew irl that can fix a almost blowed up tank in 30 seconds. Pls devs stop ruining the good mbts just to be acurate to real life

This happens with many tanks in a majority of nations. The best KV-1 tanks are the German KV-1 with the 75mm and the KV-1B, which is tied with the russian E. The best M41 is the German one with HEATFS, as the American and Japanese ones only have APDS. The KPz-70 is better than the MBT-70.
If we just exclude top tier from every nation that uses foreign tanks, we would have only US, DE, RU, JP, FR (stuck with EMBT), IS (stuck with shitbox Merkava), SW.
3 nations would be permanently excluded and 2 would be essentially useless.
Peak game design is not letting half the nations even have a chance at top gameplay

ven if you provide exhaustive documentation for a buff issue, it will get ignored. But for a nerf issue, as soon as you bring it up, it gets approved right away — whether your evidence is correct, or if you even have any at all. That’s Gaijin’s attitude toward German tech tree players.

As if 13.3 is such a heavenly br, that nations without it are loosing out on so much, freaking put all those excluded and useless nations at 12.0 - 12.7 and you can still enjoy said vehicles on what is potentially a much better br bracket for them, this br bracket still basically being top tier, correct me if I’m wrong not every nation has the absolute top of the top tier jets, no ?
