When you take the difference in the angles of the angled composites in the sides of the turret and the composite on the gun mantlet (Which are at the same angle when the gun is at 0 degrees)
1st reading of the angle which the horizontal on the composite is 52.6 degrees
2ns reading of the angle of the composite on the gun mantlet with the same reference horizontal line is 61.8 degress
61.8 - 52.6 = 9.2 (Simply proven by that photo)
there you go that .2 is due to resolution issues and other factors

There are also images of Leopards, where they lower the gun until it touches the protectors of the headlights and the camera. Its an Leopard 2A7. There are some photos on Alamy from Tag der Bundeswehr, from June 2026. But its probably not wise to post them here, cause of copyright. But you can review them, the gun of the Leopard 2 can be traversed and depressed along the physical barriers of the tank, if needed. Something we cannot do ingame. Other tanks are even allowed to clip the gun into tank surface and equipment parts.
But you can post these pics all day. It had been already tried on the old forum. The FCS safezones are what Gajin takes. Its like a concrete wall, you can’t discuss with them.

So, this tank will be DoA it seems. Massive nerfs based on the most flimsy of excuses, while the reasons for it aren’t even in game. Armor scheme that seems way worse than even earlier Leo 2s, still no proper ammo and so on.

You understand the only next step for better ammo (in a meaningful way) would be dm83 what we dont know all that much more
