Well, @Smin1080p @Stona_WT

You all have fun, I’m (mostly) out. This level of disregard and ignorancy can honestly be compared to companies like EA, I no longer have any pity to spare for WT, or the people running it, so I choose to just remove myself from the picture until something changes (lmao, nothing will).

“Not a bug” is an insult to us, the response from the devs is a complete JOKE. They can’t even model the vehicle’s protection properly with all the information from the Swedish Tender as seen by most posts comparing the PA with Swedish graphs (and best, they’re basing it on a vehicle that had B-technology and a never adopted MEXAS armour [as production ones are different] rather than the 122 graphs which would have better internal armour, in turn making 2A7V closer to reality).

You keep telling us to “not leak classified information”, BUT, at the same time you completely disregard non-classified information which provides you with the vehicle’s primary protection requirements (so, how do you want us to report those modern vehicles?) - and I know that if I get an answer to this post, it will be some company PR bullshit with no essence to it.

The devs talk to us through middle-men, never directly (altho I can understand why), but it’s complete radio silence basically. No progress has been made to improve community - developer communication, no “leader” of sorts was established to collect a nation’s community issues, and provide a direct link to the developers. NO. Instead we’re relying on moderators who may, or may not, forward bits of what we say, and that’s if they even do that, most of the time we’re just ghosted. The game of telephone went nowhere.

For all of those who supported us & me, thank you, but my patience has run out for the developers.

My heart is now filled with disappointment and anger, using a piece of information from the last century to deny that it is one of the latest and most advanced tanks in the world today. We players have given them enough information to prove that they only rejected us with a few perfunctory paragraphs. I have even thought of the future. Even if Germany launches the Leopard 2A8 in the game, its protection ability will not be as good as the 122 in the last century.

What makes me very confused is why the armor of Leopard 2A7V is less than that of strvv122+, but why is the weight heavier than that of strv122+?

Gaijin devs - Trust me here´s my source: Magik

Because Germany’s Leopard 2 has installed more electronic devices and possibly more armor fillers, it is more likely that game developers prefer the Swedish tech tree. In other words, the Swedish tech tree allows them to earn more money

damn…

Why does the Swedish tech tree allow them to make more money?

It’s simple, as the earliest technology tree, the vast majority of players have already completed the German technology tree, so players don’t need to buy more German paid vehicles. But Sweden is a new technology tree, and players need to complete it from the beginning, and in order to attract players to purchase paid vehicles in Sweden (such as 90105), Gaijin needs a powerful 122.

Damn it… in simple terms, it’s like German players can’t squeeze any more money out of them! Do you want the most advanced and powerful Leopard 2! Go buy 90105 and play Swedish technology tree!

@FurinaBestArchon Respect and thank you for your perseverance, patience and dedication

Oh, fun fact. 2A7Vs add-on is actually worse than SVTs (fire-trial vehicle provided to Sweden for ballistic tests along with TVMs).

SVT was equipped with B-technology & MEXAS-H of 3rd generation (or 4th generation prototype). Leopard 2A5 & co (Strv 122) both have 4th or 5th generation add-ons (turret wedges).

This means the devs have given a 20+ year improvement over the 3rd generation design (which never even entered service fyi), a worse modifier.
