The 2 PSO actualy does have the armor modules. Its made from the 2a6 demo 2 hull which was seen with the beak armor. Gajin just decided to not equip it.
Gajin only equips seen modules on the actual tanks. Thats why 2a7, 2a7a1 and co wont get those armor modules, because they specialy never had them either.
As it happend with the 2 PSO.
It makes a difference if you look at what could get added with DM73 and soon DM83.
2a7hu is baswd on the 2a7V not the 2a7+.

For the beak add on to be added the hull needs special modifications. Which standard 2a5/2a6 dont have.
Its that easy.
2a6hel etc are newly constructed hulls with the abilities to carry the add on beak
I think Germany has enough Leopards. They all the same with marginal differences, the only other nation i think this can go to is the UK since Qatar was a British protectorate from 1916 to 1971 , meaning Britain controlled its foreign affairs and defense.
