There is no balance in this game. 2a4 was a good tank, but for so many years, a lot of different equipment has come out. And they don’t specifically update the indicators. Now 2a4’s enemies are armored by him and have a more powerful projectile. What balance to see, guys. Have you seen WinRate BMPT? 😂
My guy, I have very little “my own stuff”. Unlike you I don’t just tie myself to a single tree.

I’m curious to try those two tanks and see how they perform in a match, but I’ve been too lazy to play the game lately. Between dealing with the constant penetration and damage errors I encounter, and trying to rank up all the nations at once by playing a fixed number of matches with all the tanks, reaching the top tier seems quite far off.

That’s the way to do it. No rush to get to top-tier.
T-72AV’s UFP offers around 370-380mm of armour against KE projectiles:
DM23 will penetrate 385mm of armour at 1500 metres.
If you believe 1500 metres to be ‘point blank range’ in War Thunder, you must be confusing it with some other game.
I addressed the tank that you brought up, you specifically mentioned the T-72AV.

btw if you want pen any russian tank with the T-72/T-90/T-80 with a leo2a4 or his same variants in others nations just try to hit in the lower plate (tummy) or in the conductor in this cases shoot a little lower of the turret, and yhea the kd dont seems nothing here if you are a leo2a4 or a 2k etc you can be always bad kd like me but is for the bmpt or the overpowered 2s38s

i dont care if they post me i am just a player of this beatiuful game, i see so many of them try to post a realistics images of how they work or in the game thats after all you need to have the skill of know how is the real weakest point i kill so many of t series tanks only hitting in the wheels (in frontals) and you know why? because i know how to shoot them and get a one shoot kill all t series have the one shoot and in my case i love to hit the ammo rack always and is more easy shooitng in the tummy

I think you’re referring to the ‘Lower front plate’ and ‘Autoloader’ here, those tend to be the best spots to aim for, I agree.

Absolutely. Same reason why I have more games on the M24/Na-To than any German tank. But hey, you’re still running away with the goal post.
@xDiamond96x-live here’s the thing. LFP is a weak spot for most tanks. Which is why folks tend to hide it. You can “reliably” kill Russian tanks by hitting the side at the very front. But there’s usually fuel tanks there to eat much of the spall so you rely on hitting the autoloader and ammo. It’s rare that a T-series faces you “optimally” which most of these arguments to downplay their armor are based upon. They continuously talk up other tanks and put them into optimal situations to excuse lower BRs and advantages for tanks they themselves enjoy.
