We know this. IRL just need to set manual firing mode and you can do what you want with the turret. Has been tried to report several times, but Gajin insist and just watches its winrate going down to the gutter.
IRL you can apparently disable that feature
in-game we should be allowed to do that by disabling FCS/stab
