In the Leviathans update, Gaijin introduced a sub tank for the OF-40 category on Italy tech tree. The Leopard 1A2 has the same penetration power but runs 5km/h faster than OF-40, but it doesn’t have a laser rf, smoke launcher and the armor itself is just like the OF-40. I assume that the addition of Leopard 1A2 ( 8.0 ) as a sub tank is so meaningless, just copy and paste, like why??? 😭🙏

its got a unique model so it isnt copy and paste
it has the meaning of being a tank italy used in large quantities so it deserves to be added to the game, and its to fill out the 8.0 italy lineup

Well, Italy did operate the Leopard 1A2 variant, and the Leopard 1A5 that was also added to the Italian tree before it, with the new update as well.
It’s more of an alternative/sidegrade/backup tank to the OF 40 at 8.0, which I don’t really mind at all.
