This counts as the 1st plane, an US-build recon aircraft O2U-4 Corsair, that was captured by the Chinese Red Army in 1930 during the Chinese Civil war from the KMT Army because of the KMT pilot having to pull off an emergency landing due to running out of fuel. The plane was repainted with red stars and Lenin’ name. As you can see , Lenin’s 2nd chinese character painted on the fuselage is not similar to the character I typed in the title. This may actually be a writing mistake, as there’s no such character.
