Large Caliber Countermeasure pod on Mig-23MF spawns with 0 flares

When spawning in the Mig-23MF (Italian varient, not sure if its happening on the regular M or the German MF), the large caliber pod spawns with zero flares. Resulting in the aircraft receiving zero flares in matches.
