Please give La Suprise the targeting package (the lead and the enemy ship’s heading). Even the Arras has one, why neither La Suprise nor HMS Spey get one?
IIRC the River class Frigate didn’t have a fire director only air surface radar & asdic (sonar) since the ships were designed for ASW work & not generally fighting ships.
If you want a River class with GFCS you’ll need to look to the Tacoma class Frigate which is derived from it (I guess the yanks knew they needed it although their safety rails infront of the 3"/50 Mk. 10 cannons really screw it over in game).
I’m not sure if post war ships were equipped with them.
Alright, I see what’s up. In game’s meta if the ship aint got “rangefinder” then there’s no Fire Control System. Just had a double take and LS / River gots no rangefinders. Fine. Yack, but fine.
