L-39ZA Albatross Bugged?

Look I own this same Jet in DCS and I can tell you right now the Flight model in War Thunder is Incorrect it should be faster then what it is now, is Gaijin going to fix it or just leave it be if it’s not going to get fixed correctly I would like to get a refund on the purchase.

Sure I am not the only person feeling this way after dropping their cash on a jet that should be 10x better than they way Gaijin has setup for, You can’t make a standard Turn without losing all your air speed again this is not how this jet Flew

Wow your really don’t know how to read and understand what you read do you. An DCS is 10x more Realistic than War Thunder so yes it is.

The point of the post is that the Flight Model is not correct and needs to be fixed, and I was using Dcs as a example as to how it should fly because it actual closer to the Real deal than War Thunder.

i discarded your argument for using DCS as a reference in any way.

DCS isn’t a source. Any changes to vehicle characteristics (speed, turn, engine power, angle of attack, etc, etc) has to be proven using sources that are up to Gaijins standard:

If you have such sources then feel free to bug report it here (just search a bit first so that you don’t report something that is already reported and known about): (Gaijin.net // Issues)

A guide on how to report bugs can be found here: ([Navigation] Technical Knowledge Base | War Thunder Wiki)

When it comes to premium vehicles you have the ability to test drive/test fly them before purchase so if that is your main argument for a refund it won’t hold up. Refunds are generally only issued if the purchase hasn’t been used in any way.

Not when it comes to fight models, they’re both pretty good on that and on par with one another. As said above DCS ain’t a source lmao, find proof it’s underperforming and I’ve seen literal pilots of this thing saying it’s right and should even struggle to maintain its top speed ingame right now.

diceroll flares lmao

No, it isn’t. If you’ve flown the MiG-21 or F-14, you’d understand.

DCS is a cockpit clicking sim and it is still a game, just like WT

Digital Cockpit Simulator is not a source, F4U Corsair engines cannot rev to 4200rpm IRL

No disagreeing but it’s more Realistic than Warthunder and look I am not Knocking War Thunder I love this fking Game I just want to see some of these Vehicles be given the Correct Flight models that is all, Sorry if I care about this game enough to Complain about things when they don’t seem to be correct.

Seems some of you think I am trying to say one is better then the other I am not saying that the Flight model in Dcs is more correct.

You don’t have the Ability to test drive anything Pre Order, first off.

An not saying DCS is the Source just saying that the Flight model is not Correct its to slow and flies way better than this in real life I know my azz has actual be inside this Bird/Jet.

Not saying its a F-35 just saying that in my opinion from being in the actual jet that it has issues, Top Speed, Reaching top Speed, Acceleration, and not holding energy in turn.

You make a turn in this jet in game you lose all your speed go from 450 which took you 10 mins to get to down to 200 with a normal naturel turn this is Incorrect in real life it didn’t drop speed any were that fast so why does it in game.

Funny you say that because DCS is not more realistic, it may give off the illusion that it is. You also should look into how radars work in that game engine, it’s extremely simplified under the hood, it’s like having a scat pack shell with the inside being just hellcat. Flight models are constantly changing in DCS and relies a lot on mod support.

That is true. The vehicles are however not provided on the basis of specific performances and all the characteristics are subject to change.

Again, you need to provide a source for such a change. Gaijin does not take the word of players to make changes.
