Kv1 visibility issue

Why is kv1 visibility 100% but something like fe. yag-10 is 70%. I mean kv1 tank had horrible visibility, german reports say it “while terryfying it moved on battlefield blindly”. Have you seen kv1 visibility schema document? I attach it in image

Visibility has nothing to do with how good u can see out of the tank but with how close u can get until the enemy sees u this also only applys to arcade.
Another example would be the Maus with a Visibility of 250% because its just that big.
