1/4? Nonsense. If we skip over the SPAAs you will rarely face at the frontline there are only a few open tops around this BR and they are usually not the main vehicles players use in their lineups.
That german/french car, M44s, M10/Achilles, sav/pvkv, flakbus/breda, dicker max/emil and that’s about it.
Even if there are a few more, most people in this BR will be driving Pz 3s/4s, T-34s, Shermans, maybe chaffees or pumas.
The flamethrower won’t be very useful unless the snail buffs it to destroy engines of all vehicles after a few seconds of spraying.

With the list above you are guaranteed to at least face 5 of these vehicles in a match. Now if we add spaas, which almost all are open top, you are guaranteed to face at least 12 open tops targets in a single match.

LOL less frequent? Says who… 85% of all my matches are +1br… I rarely and I mean RARELY ever seen a down tier at 3.7!

Not really some nations get more downtiers especially depending on time of day. At least that’s been my experience

I posted my finding - out of 2000 matches, I monitered BR, KD so on so forth, Its was Fixed.! The stats showed it… YET somehow - the powers at be didn’t like that so I got a temp ban, warned and the post removed.! Its funny how that works!
No its not even the zis 5 90mm turret, its the L-11 75mm turret
