Only other option is F-18 from Canada or Australia. Though that would also mean F-18 for the US and that oculd be messy, especially if they also get F-15 because of Japan. 2x top tier aircraft after the year they’ve had would just be BS

Yeah, basically, though Tornado Gr4 only if we get Brimstone. Otherwise, its basically just a Gr1 and I’d rather just have the Gr1 finished than a new aircraft.
Gr9A could probably hold its own quite well at top tier, if it got HMD and MAWS and was speciifcally the A variant

Yeah… though on the flip side, Britains best options for top tier would need them… So its a catch 22 if we want a top tier “fighter”
(Except maybe F-18, if that can run Aim-7)
I bet the swedes would be equally happy to finally get their gripen, only to realise multiple nations are advancing another step further in the same update
Not to mention the whining of germany and italy players due to their sub-par AMRAAM platforms (F-4F ICE and AV-8B+)

F-18 A can indeed use Sparrows. As can things like the Gripen A. Pretty much every aircraft predicted to be added in the December update can use FOX-1’s

Yeah, though the question is for the Gripen C and as that uses the same radar as the FA2, it would have to be a placeholder bodge to get them to run SARH

I think China will do exceptionally well in Air RB from December. They’re essentially going to be on the same level as Russia, or better.
I hope when we eventually get the Eurofighter, it’s not gimped and gets to be just as broken as other aircraft have been like the F-14, Mig-29, MLD, etcetera.

Yeah, If they get something like the J-10 then they’ll be pretty strong.
But yeah, though im fearing more and more its “if” not “when”.
Gripen C cannot use SARH’s unless the SARH has datalink.
Gripen A can because they were unsure if they would have access to AIM-120 to the initial PS/05 mk1 radar had some sort of SARH functionality how I’m not sure as I don’t know if it has a CW illuminator but it manages it somehow.
They won’t stop before Eurofighter unless the game shuts down. But I cannot for the life of me imagine them stopping.
