I will refer you to my previous answers that mention why people may rumor that a new nation is coming this upcoming update.
And what do we know about the new update? One devblog vehicle and the things that are on roadmap which most of the things for the update will not get added immediately and it is possible that they will add things that they will add something that was plan for future updates.
With that, there isnt much to talk about which wasnt already talked

Ohh i know that we will not see a addition of Norway sub-TT next update when we got Finland like 3-4 updateds before. But i would like to see some Norwegian premiums, especially for air because last addition of premium A32A is just one of the saddest premium jets since premium F-104S for Italy. OR maybe some Norwegian helicopters (Still waiting if they will add some Finnish helis)

The upcoming release is certain that there will definitely be no new TT, it will only arrive at the end of the year, so it’s too early to talk about it

It was pre-orders in October with air tree releases in December.
This would have two year jumps, with four years ago marking Swedens entry and two years ago marking that of Israel.
I believe we will get pre-orders, but not yet a full tree.
