I get where gaijin come from most of the time, yeah there are stupid decisions but most are to fill holes that are missing in the tree. This one is pretty easy to see as the correct decision. There will never be “rules” just whats best for that tree at the time

Well, that’s exactly it. The same KF-41 is entirely an initiative of the German company, for promotion both for export and for the domestic market
