Kicked from Air RB for zero reason

Since the update, i’m getting kicked from Air RB matches without any reason

Incredibly annoying bug. I don’t just get kicked, it freezes the game after the screen goes black.

I though the bug was solved with a file checking, but it’s already back in any mode.

Got it on EVERY match, and apparently, the most reliable way to fix it, is a complete reinstallation of the game.

Trully one of the developers of all time.

I’m gonna be honest… I am more irritated than I would normally be because I purchased the USAF Birthday pack. Every single plane in the pack is significantly nerfed by the drag bug that came with the patch. I’m looking at the premium time that I paid for ticking away slowly while I wait for Gaijin to fix the planes that they just sold me. =/

I guess I could play Bf-109s or something… but it sure would be nice if the P-47M, P-38K, and P-51D-10 (along with their tech tree counterparts… basically all the planes I play/enjoy) actually performed properly.

I’m even getting kicked from custom battles,

game is just unplayable

Edit: reinstalled the game, still getting kicked. It’s over.

They fixed it after a while during Tusk Force, and now after the latest major update it started happening AGAIN. Yeap, time to bail out of this game.

I have the same problem. Unfortunately, this is actually an old issue, and it seems that more and more players are being affected by it with every update. There have been a lot of new reports about this in the past 24 hours:

It looks like the devs aren’t really sure how to solve this problem, as it has been affecting some players for a long time now. At first, I thought it was an issue with BattlEye, but if you run the game without it and join a game mode that allows you to play without BattlEye, it still kicks you out. So I assume the problem lies in one of the in-game actions that some systems don’t like and therefore block.

The only known effective workaround for this issue is to completely disable your antivirus protection, including Windows Defender - which, of course, is not recommended.

My guess is that the game tries to perform some action from time to time, which certain systems may flag as suspicious. Then the antivirus blocks that action, and the game kicks you out, thinking you’re trying to interfere with its protection system.

BTW, it’s better to test this in Custom Battles. When I was first trying to figure out why I was being kicked from matches, a lot of players reported me for breaking the game rules.

They obviously don’t understand that when I’m kicked out of a battle, I lose control of my plane. It’s not my fault that it keeps climbing for the rest of the match - especially since sometimes I can’t even rejoin, because the game just doesn’t let me. I just want to play the game, but I can’t with Windows Defender turned on.

Of course, the solutions suggested there don’t work. I’m just showing this so you can see that this problem has already affected some players a long time ago.

In my opinion, it’s quite ridiculous that we still don’t have any official statement about this, especially since it’s affecting more and more players with every update.
