That is a low bar lol. I go 1.5-1.7:1 overall in most of my top tier Abrams tanks and I don’t even consider that to be super impressive. Sure I agree with what RavenGuardMarine said, the average is likely below 1:1, but barely going positive in an Abrams is hardly something to brag about imo.

AIM-7F was the only meta missile for a long time, and exclusively in the hands of USA.
People forget that it wouldn’t be until F-16s where AIM-7F would be added to other tech trees outside USA and Japan, and at that time it was Mirage 2000 and Mig-29 being hilariously left behind in comparison as Magic 2s didn’t have IRCCM and the bug report wasn’t even made yet:
And with Mig-29 being chronically on-par with Mirage 2000 at the time while at a higher BR, it needed a missile that was either closer to AIM-7F or AIM-9L, and since Soviets/Russian manufacturers didn’t make an AIM-9L equivalent missile, that means R-27ER was the only alternative other than lowering the BR of Mig-29 to that of the non-IRCCM Mirage 2000C.

Coincidentally it took 2 years for Soviet tech tree to get an equivalent CAS to F-16C.

People seem to forget that America held complete bvr dominance from the days of AIM-7E-2s all the way up to the addition of the R-24T (or debatably the ER), also that the only things comparable to F-4E/J were added either in a nerfed state (JA-37C) or with other critical flaws (Mig-23s) compared to the amazing all rounding platforms of the phantoms

The current reload rate is a compromise on assuming how the actual autoloader works IRL. In order to realistically fire the same round continuosly, it has to skip some of the rounds located after the fired round within the mechanism (i. e. the autoloader is fed in a pattern APFSDS/HEAT/HE/APFSDS—and so on), adding more time to the reload rate, being far suboptimal from the current fire rate it has.
Gaijin allows you to fire 15 consecutive APFSDS without the cycling issue in exchange of that reasonably low penalty, otherwise if that buff was ever applied it would mean that the autoloader had to be filled deterministically before the tank’s deployment, another quite unfair advantage that directly transgresses the inelastic rules of space-time.

Considering i have a ton of clips of me shooting BVM,T90ms in the weak spot at almost point blank and the BS ERA eating all 639mm of penetration is bias as fuck. I even have one of shooting a BMP and bouncing at point blank 😅

Just checked your stats, because i had to and surprise, they are dogwater. You got a 1.2 k/d in the most braindead tank in the game (Swedish 2A7) with a 40% winrate. I would also think everybody is cheating if i played like that.

K/D aside, having 30-40% WR on most vehicles that aren’t even from the same nation/BR is weird.
CS has P90 and WT has T-series tanks.
Both look crazy good for people that aren’t particularly good at their respective games.
It all comes down to individual POV.

Sure, but what else is there left? Not even Pantsir is competitive anymore against Eurofighters at close range. And CAS used to be spammed only by USA and USSR, now everybody has it, SPAAs are just free food right now unless there’s multiple of them.
EDIT: Plus, he claimed that it was “impossible” to counter Su-34, which isn’t true. It has very major weaknesses when it comes to fighting against planes.
