The Kfir C.7 is a great aircraft, but not at its br. Not only is it quite lacking compared to the other 12.0’s, but it often gets uptiered to 12.7-13.0 where it greatly underperforms. A simple solution would be placing the Kfir C.7 at 11.7. The main thing this plane has going for it, however they do not have irccm like the magic 2 also seen at 12.0. The plane also has a horrid radar, (which doesn’t affect it to much as it does not carry radar missiles even though the F4S carries 6 at the 4-6 at the same br with a much better radar), and only 36 countermeasures, which with the amount of irccm it faces is not nearly enough. The only other thing this plane might have going for it is its airframe, which with the amount of 4th generation fighters and mirage 2000s it faces, does not matter. And while the plane may be fast, it is not outrunning any of the insane missiles it faces. The Kfir C.7 is similar in capability to planes such as the Mig23ML, and should share a br of 11.7 with it.
Agreed, the main issue with the C7 is the lack of proper SARHs/radar and the low countermeasure amount. Kurnass 2000 also sits at a BR where it gets demolished frequently by the F-14/15/16s and other jets that can rinse it easily at range and in a dogfight, it should be 0.3 higher or at the same BR as the C7. I also wouldn’t mind seeing the Columbian Kfir export models also in the next update.
Gaijin should actually decompress (not increase the max BR and bump everything up in BR) the BRs properly with some thought given into it instead of fixing vehicles individually imo, as it would be more effective and address a lot of other vehicles that suffer from this same issue.
Regarding decompression, my brain will never comprehend how Gaijin justifies putting the F-4C and F-4E at the same BR of 10.7…
Gaijin overestimates the python and they balance vehicles off statistics so unless 5000 people complain about it, nothing will happen
Because gaijin thinks pythons are something special, they are basically an R-60 with a little faster acceleration. They need to figure out a way to balance planes with or without bvr missiles
Literally every delta wing is currently suffering the same fate, even the JA37C at a lower BR of 11.3
honestly i think the ja37c is at a fair br as it has by far the best radar of anything in that bracket, however i do think the ja37d may be a bit overtiered, however it is still too good for 11.7. Gaijin needs to do a better job decompressing the br’s.
i also feel it might be a bit more fair for the Kfir C.2 to go down to 11.3, as it is the only 11.7 fighter with only 2 missiles, almost no radar, and miniscule countermeasures.
The radar mid* imo, I was talking more on agility. That thing bleeds all its speed and stall in just a few turns, with afterburner on.
I would love to see the Kfir C.10/Block 60 eventually but it still only carriers 4 missiles, mind you 4 good missiles but only 4. while also still retaining 36 countermeasures.
the C.10 have the double of countermeasures bro, instead of 36 it has 72.
