I usually like dorito planes but this rudder is the worst!
Any tips other then bomb?
10.3 plane rocking 11.0 for no apparent reason …or am i missing a trick?
Well damn the only good thing abput that thing its to use it like a bomber. Its a Nesher with flares and a higher br.
At 11.0 and only 18G rear side lock. Its not very good at air supremacy. I would take the Shahak for that role.

Thought so. The videos i watched claiming it slapped were all old so I guess like many jets its slipped into mediocrisy yet keeps its high BR.

idk i fell like doing a head-ons with cannons still passes better than bombing. YOu waste entire ammo rack of bombs on a single base. And then end up between 10 Migs. 300 points at best. Useles as bomber. So pew pew cannons to get 700 points at least

how wrong you all are about this jet. my guess is your are simply playing it wrong. this thing is a blast and so fast. yes it loses speed when turning but that’s why you stay fast and only turn tight when you want to lose to speed. you can always get your nose on target. with how fast this jet is you can simply out run enemy missiles. the aim-9gs don’t pull hard but do they have range. often i launch them at 2.5km and they still get there. works well cause at this br everyone has flares and every missile is easily flareable. going for long shots works great because they don’t expect it and then are not watching out to flare. go full tank with a bomb load and then go full WEP to get to a base first if there is no f-104s. after that the match is still going but a bit more spread out and then you can go for some long range aim-9g kills or get in some gofights. only thing with dogfights is you need to be alone. you will lose speed and someone can easily come in and take you put. recommend staying fast and trying to bomb and zoom slow layers or fire missiles for above.

9G’s trade turn performance for a 5s burn time over the 2.2s the J has, its a long range missile
Yeah better engine for bombing runs, you still gonna loose dogfights against F5 and such at that br
say that to me bombing a base then getting 4 kills.

more range is fantastic. they don’t expect a missile coming at them so they arnt looking to flare. but it is definitely not a dogfighting missile and won’t pull right off the rail like the r60 or aim-9j
it is no doubt. tho that speed only carries it to get shot with R-24 first of the team
when i launch them they go for a first flare. No shit, but the TWO BAD rockets at that br is crazy as 11.3 has 4 to 6 good rockets already (the f5 FCU or the MiG-23), and the 10.3 has 4 to 6 same badness rockets.
I tried using them both for super close range shots (5 to 8 hundred meters) or the distance shots (2 to 3 km), and they in any way go for a first flare.
I never met the guy who didnt shoot a flare when was fighting or running away
so, i tried that with less fuel, outrun both phantoms and 104s. But then you end up alone against several 21s or 23s with R60M or R24
i’m aware of how such planes should work as i’m a big fond of F106, but that plane is just straight up bad. It has low ammo capacity, has low amount of bad rockets. It cant go full basebomb as fares are also limited (enough for a dogfight but for running away from rockets? doubt) and has bombs for a straight up single base, which brings you like 300 points.

Maybe it has just too high br for me, tho im pretty good (at least by my own means of planes, as im a tank guy mustly) at using FCU for some reason.
Cant detect r24… plays vs mig23 every game😂 thought it was just an unlucky blind spot the first few times i just go poof with no warning.
Its easily my worst performing jet iv used (since i learn the gane)…
No radar, useless RWR, mid missiles. Feels like it should be dropped in BR
Its funny as i only bought it for fun as iv no interest in israel and like every other dorito plane. The kafir is just grim

PD radars and IRCCM ruins the game for 11.0s imo.
It’s not that kfir canard flies bad; the airframe is pretty decent and it’s fast, but it’s armament are garbage and best used as a bomber.

its bad as bomber tho. One base max, literally better grind the Phantom for any role at same BR.
