It probably should work the same as the current in game ka-52 lamps work
because the big upgrade here is the addition of UV channel, but the in game one already works on IR + UV guided missiles (like POST stingers) so I cant see why this one will work better

it should not work against IIR seekers, and current KA52 lamps in game already work on pretty much everything else

What I like to be true and what is proven to be true are two different things
And it wasn’t proven to be true that the ka52m is able to carry LMUR double pylons
It isn’t advertised with them
It wasn’t shown with them
It only ever was shown with single pylons
But I would happy if you could prove me wrong with sufficient evidence of the ka52m being able to take the double pylon by sending a picture of it or a brochure advertising it
