But in all honesty, how you make the squadron fill fast is to make it an open join squadron, set lower teir requirements (If any) and fill it, then purge the inactives. Once full, you then up the requirements and keep repeating the purge every week or 2. Whoever isn’t active, replace them.
You can make a chat channel in the main chat of the game, or even just play where-ever you play, and rope your autosquadies in to join, or ask in matches you are in telling people to PM you after the match.

@J_Sparrow Yep, it’s all about activity and being able to keep that up.
There is… Squadron vehicles are a lot easier to grind out in an active squadron, and keeping it active is a task which if no-one does it, you’ll be having trouble doing that. If you own it, you can do it yourself.

I’m in -1f3- at the moment. I don’t do squadron battles, and I don’t talk to people in game, so I don’t know it is a good idea. 1f3 isn’t a very good squadron, but I get nice SRP Thanks for the offer though!
To make yours more attractive, you need to step it up from a training squadron to a full if you can’t get that 20k squadron vehicle RP if it gets full and everyone pulls the 360 activity needed.
Also make it open recruit, and rank those who make their mark and are trustworthy.
Mine is open, and I merely grade anyone who shouldn’t be removed without looking to the one higher (I think it’s Sergeant) and I just keep cycling the non-rankers until they have over 150 RP.
