Good god, fix the missiles. Having to switch radars to different targeting systems is messing up the code. One minute I can fire missiles, the next minute I can’t even though nothing has changed and I’m using the same missile. Can’t lock on, can’t target, can’t even scan.
I don’t know whose idea it was to make all this so “advanced” but it’s stupid. It’s a video game. Simplify it. Good grief this is so dumb.

1 button to fire
1 radar to do any missiles
you only need one button to activate missile seeker and fire missile.
you only need one to lock people with ACM or HMS which I assume you’re doing.

Jeez, by the looks of your account you probably shouldn’t be using missiles at this stage already. You don’t have the progress down yet.
I suggest looking up some guides on how to use missiles and actually watching them, might help a little

I have changed NOTHING from the 16 kills I was getting per match. NOTHING. Now I can’t even lock on. I can be with in a mile and get no tone no nothing. Nothing has changed.
No you’re not getting it. I was getting 16-20 kills a game. Now I can’t even lock on. I have changed absolutely nothing. 0. I can’t even lock on at less than a mile away. No flares, no chaff, nothing. Just won’t lock on.
So since my “level” some how has something to do with my understanding of a radar system, explain to me how 2 days ago I was doing great, changed nothing and now I can’t be bothered to lock on.
This is where many have unknowingly accidentally pressed some key bind they didn’t know existed or knew they had bound. Do you have any screenshots of when it happens?
You haven’t even told us what aircraft you’re using or what the problem ACTUALLY is, instead you’re just saying the game is broken and getting hostile with anyone who replies to you in this thread.
Is it an IRST issue? “No Fire” issue? Seeker’s not turning on? Actually tell us lmao
Yeah, that’s how radar works. You need to have a ping in the radar to be able to lock something. Otherwise, you can press the lock button and it just won’t work. This happens quite a lot on the F-4E in the event because that radar is trash, but you should have no problem with the Mig-23
All offense, this is a complete skill issue. The radar controls are not that hard to understand because the game slowly teaches you through the tech tree going from the most simple and learning more and more advanced radar modes as you progress but you didn’t go through the tree did you. No you bought you way to the top and are complaining that your bad. I don’t believe that you were ever getting 16-20 kills a game with the way you have previously played. Please learn the game before playing you complain, you walking skill issue.
