**The version in this suggestion can theoretically function without support radar, and has its own EO search and track built in.

History: The procurement of Narew starts back with the Patriot and Pilica systems in Polish service, Patriot for medium range and Pilica for VSHORAD. In Between this a gap was found for a beyond gun/MANPAD range and shorter than the heavy SAM range. Initially Poland was to procure PAAC-4 SkyCeptor for the Patriot system to solve this, but the CAMM family was chosen instead as it was cheaper, and still rather effective. Delivers of the Narew system are expected from 2027-35. But in 2022 when certain global events happened, Poland decided it needed an immediate layer of short range are defense, so 2 fire batteries were ordered for rapid production, and 6 launchers/support functions have been delivered, this is dubbed mała Narew. Now the Narew and also CAMM family are usually designed and implemented to use a three vehicle system, one of the iLauncher, another of the radar, and a third of the command vehicle. But optionally an electro-optical passive and autonomous detection/acquisition system can be purchased and placed on the iLauncher, which would allow all firing functions to be done within the launching vehicle. Most small Narew are supposed to have this feature, due to the urgent nature and not all resources being available. On the launcher this can be seen of the smaller of the two extended towers, and obviously looks like what it is. Additionally there are some other differences between the Polish CAMM launcher, as it was jointly developed by MBDA and PGZ, the most obvious being it is a mounted on the Polish Jelcz P882, the launcher specifically is the P882.57 T21 TS DOW, thus name of suggestion. The P882.57 TS series was originally made for the Patriot in Polish service, and has since been used for Korean Chunmoo in Polish service and the Mała Narew.

Armament:
- Primary: 8 cell CAMM Launcher
- Ammunition includes the basic CAMM missile, essentially an active radar homing ASRAAM. It has 25 km of range, 10km vertical, and is mach 3 capable. Additionally tier 2 (or 4) upgrade could be CAMM-ER which is 40-45km, has a new motor, and is an all round improvement. Lastly possible tier 4 upgrade could be implemented, would be very OP and unnecessary, being the CAMM-MR. It was another part of the MBDA-PGZ development and has >100km in range, it was made to supplement Polish PAC-3 MSE patriots.

Armor:
- None

Drive:
- Engine: MTU 6R1500V40, 578 hp/430kW @ 1700 rpm
- Max Speed: 90 km/h
-
Gadgets and Gizmos:
- Two-way data link between the missile and launcher
- CAMM is an ARH missile, eliminating the need for tracking radar and continuous target illumination.
- “EMADS can be operated as a standalone air defence system” - MBDA product brochure. EMADS is another name for the launcher system.
-
Conclusion:
- Ingame the CAMM system in a potential Polish tech tree addition, and would pose a powerful threat at top tier and be competent, even better than other high class systems such as TOR and Pantsir.
- It would have downsides, since war thunder can not have multi-vehicle systems, it would just be limited to a short range IR detection system and not its full radar, this also could impact data-link possibility, it is not clear if that is possible with just onboard IRST. A
- Also, being a ARH missile it would be very hard to evade, and could be launched in rapid succession, but would be completely useless if the enemy uses multipathing.
- All in all this would be the most powerful air defense system in the game, but could be balanced at top tier implementation due to aforementioned weaknesses.
