Whenever I even my countermeasures on the JAS39D Gripen to a 60/60, it gives me 12 more flares than chaff so it’s a 52/40 split. Can I not do a 60/60 split for my countermeasures? I’m just kinda confused cuz the countermeasure count is 92 yet it says I have 120 when I go to split my countermeasures.
I’d just like to know why if I only have 96 CMs, why can’t I do a 46/46 split and why does it show 120?
The non-BOL CM count on all the Gripens has been bugged for at least half a year now, 92 is the correct count. IIRC 12 of those CMs are large calibre flares fixed into the pylons and can’t be modified (though I may be wrong, since my goldfish memory doesn’t reliably stretch back to the pre-bug days). Also noting that those 12 extra CMs are only present on the Swedish and UK JAS39C and JAS39E. The JAS39A and the Thai and Hungarian JAS39C don’t have those and only have 80 internal CMs.
