F-16, F-15, Gripen and probably the Typhoon should be able to carry 16x SPICE-250s. but for now it seems 8 FnF is the max they want Fixed wing to have at the moment. I cant think of a single reason why they’d limit GBU-39s though, should already be 16 based upon Gripen C iirc

Current empty mass of Gripen E on the dev server is 7100kg. Also devs are not accepting any empty weight based reports following the Rafale buff.
Basically Gripen E in game will overperform to a greater extent than the Gripen C already does.
Installed values for F-18 Super Hornet engine are also known via US documentation and those values are not applied to either plane iirc. So there is a case to reduce the installed thrust on both planes.

Probably. I would have to look up the date.
Either way, the plane being 1 ton lighter than it should be will cause it to be an inaccurate representation. This is on top of the base model also over-performing in terms of sustained turn rate.
The sudden change to not be able to report aircraft weight is just weird
