no but its backwards compatible so we’re kinda stuck with it till next gen ir missiles
You know what that makes absolute sense in case of a stockpile/supply chain issue.
Sweden is still using sidewinders that are at worst Li’s
So take the 9Ms or we gain big smoke
I’d love to gain the big smoke. 9Li are cooler and more effective in ARB anyway because you can fool people thinking its ARH
well im not sure big smoke is 100% realistic
theres few sources on swedens upgrades to rb74
Yeah and I know about those but still I find smoky missiles more satisfying to use so AIM-9Li would be welcomed
did the missiles payload has fixed ?
Its still night for EU gotta wait about 6 hours
Yea. So stupid. In the mean time im going to look into the micas
Small potentially but its possible
I mean its 4.22 my time and they usually update it around 12 so even more then 6 yeah

Unfortunately this is missing for everyone else. We had a short period of time where it existed, and then Gaijin removed it
They really should just bite the bullet at this point. The more dangerous AAMs become, the more detail they’ll be forced to include in countermeasures.
Also AAMs should be able to be employed from a more threatening aspect whilst having better teeth. It would incentivise more bvr instead of rushing then dying in the furball for the team who got handed the short end of the stick.
I am not sure about that, but if JAS39E has mica I think possible
