JAS-39E for Sweden

Still they said “[…] and others […]” so its not like they are denying AIM-9L/M capability

It not shoddy tho, its a perfectly capable missile. the Iris-t is just ridiculous.

It’s significantly behind the current competitors, and is definitely not future proofed. That makes it a shoddy option for a modern platform if ever something were to. But I’m not here to argue the merits, or lack there of, to American arsenal.

Block II is already comparable to IRIS-T. Its just not quite as good up super close. Block III is in development too.

did they fix the mfd plane sign in the maps cockpit ?
when you in a match, the icon of plane spawn will follow you.

i feel like this is going to be a lot of fun in sim, requires targeting pod unlike typhoon but it doesnt add much weight anyways. (automatic targeting pod slaving to irst lock)

The ef doesn’t need a tp to use brimmies?

I feel like it will be perfect for sim too if it gets the proper hmd with IOF

But it shouldnt. Worth reporting then

Its about radar IRST slaving, not about using Brimstones without TGP.

did they say anything about the engine? cuz i saw they accepted the 9 hardpoints bug report

They did?

I refuse to believe Gaijin is actually unaware of the more powerful engine and 3 extra missile pylons the 39E gets lmao… How could they miss that. I think it’s just day 1 Gripen on dev that hasn’t been finished yet

So about if the irst can be used to slave fox1s and 3s?

yes but did they acknowledge the nerfed engine of the grippy e ?

idk if the bug reports are being turned down then I think it speaks for itself

Which report has been turned down?

If they dont get it they suck at math because they just added the super hornet with iirc the correct thrust values

@Pheonix_RX01

i saw at least 3 that were acknowledged as “not a bug” and they said that channel loss % and installed thurst are the reason
