JAS-39E for Sweden

Okay? You are missing the point
Tango was for Brazil since they use it in service

what point

Thats never been a problem for the SAAF gripen in game having access to MS20 upgrades despite irl only using the MS19 so i dont see a valid complaint here

The C and E are so fundamentally different that you cannot use one to report for the other. If there is proof for the E then that’s absolutely fine but it doesn’t make sense to use the C version to report for the E version.

dont undertsand your point. First i didnet report that Gripen missing targo

How about that ?

Yet we had that happen for the Gripen A and we have SAAF gripen C using MS20 gripen parts so?

Idk Gripen E is just MS21

90% of the doctrinal idea for Gripen was to have it interoperable and easy to maintain, if that entails just magically ruining all of the past integration and compatibility then i’d be shocked.

I think your report might have been a bit oddly described with some odd sources as well.

Did you forget about you said in a few hours ago ? if engine of JAS 39E showing thrust of JAS 39C engine , are you forgot that ?

Gripen A and C are still close enough that it’s sort of reasonable depending on what it is that is reported.

Gripen C aren’t denoted as any MS version in game which means the devs can pick and choose from all MS upgrades as they want to.

For missiles and weaponry on the same pylons yeah
But I agree, any airframe; engine or hardware reports will need independent sourcing

I fully personally believe it’s possible, but it isn’t automatically and inherently so. Why keep an integration you’re not going to use in service when you’re making massive changes? All in service munitions i absolutely understand keeping the integration for, but the rest? at best only on the prototypes.

I know it’s wrong in the game, i’m just saying that i think your report didn’t explain it well enough.

The sources enough I think

Also theres plenty of better sources out there, preferably product sheets for the engine, it’s application on gripen, and tests on gripen

Sources give static thrust as i explained before.

Thats the BAE Striker HMD incase you are all trying to work it out.

Cobra no? Downsized variant for gripen, I orginially called it striker but upon further research found it called something else
